Our Guarantee
At 'Joosh" we stand behind the products we sell. If there is a quality problem with your purchase we will gladly replace or refund your money in full, minus shipping costs. If the products are damaged in transit, please notify us immediately; goods may be returned within 7 working days in the original packaging for a full refund, replacement or exchange.

Please note, in the rare event of a product not being available in one of our brands we will contact you and replace it with another of similar or greater value.

Consumer Guarantee Act
All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by Act.

Shipping
We use 'Pass the Parcel" to deliver our products safely. All our Packages are automatically tracked and sent on a courier. We deliver Monday – Friday.

Our target is to deliver with 3-5 days once your parcel has been dispatched. We use 'Pass the Parcel' and deliver to all NZ Post addresses. If you are unsure about this please check here: https://www.passtheparcel.co.nz/

WE ONLY DELIVER IN NEW ZEALAND

Rural delivery can sometimes take an extra day. We do not send or deliver on weekends or public holidays. You will be sent a tracking number once your parcel is with the courier and will be able to track it to the door. We do not guarantee specific dates and times for delivery. Pass the Parcel do not ring or text the recipient on or near delivery.

** You are responsible for providing us with the correct delivery information - Joosh will not accept any responsibility for incorrect addresses**

Once your parcel has been delivered or had an attempted delivery by
Pass the Parcel Couriers, it is no longer the responsibility of Joosh Ltd.


Overseas Orders
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of New Zealand at this time.

Tracking
We will confirm via email when your order is on its way and provide you with a tracking number so you know when your Purchase arrives at its destination.

Secure checkout
We accept Visa and MasterCard through the secure Stripe Payment gateway. The credit card information is transmitted in encrypted form to the credit card company for processing. It is used only for the current transaction and it is not stored.

Internet Banking
Yes you can pay for your order by internet banking. Your Order will be dispatched once the payment has cleared. We do not offer "Customer Accounts", our preferred method of payment is by Visa/Credit Card.
